Tool data and components are managed centrally, contributing to reduced setup time and fewer mistakes.
This system can be used with both Tool IC and Tool ID, and tools for the Linear Pallet Pool System can be centrally managed by
connecting to MCC-LPS II.
Main Features
- ・It will send tool offset values and tool life values to MAPPS automatically.
- ・Tool information on MAPPS can be remotely monitored in real time.
- ・In combination with MCC-LPS II, it can extract and set up the tools needed for the scheduled machining.
- ・The tool management system can be used with or without an IC chip.
